Delivery Schedule

Returns Policy
All returns must be authorised by organic-wines.co.uk prior to return. All returned goods must arrive in a saleable condition in their original packaging.

Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your order at any time within 7 days of placing your order for a full refund, unless goods have already been despatched.

Faulty Goods
If you are unhappy with any products purchased from bare root perennials you may return them to us in their original condition within 5 days of receipt. We will then issue a refund for the full amount paid.
